Default How to install a 2nd Desktop Environment

After you have disabled your Auto logon You might want to install a backup DE.
Why?
1.Because you can
2.If your 1st choice of DE crashes, you can use your 2nd choice DE to come to the forum & fix your crashed one
How?

From the Filter Drop Menu select Patterns

1.Place a check box in the DE of your choice in this case XCFE, click accept.

2.After Yast does its thing restart.
3.At the Login screen in the lower left corner click Session Type
4.Select in this case XCFE set it up to your liking then log off
5.Do steps 1-3 & select your 1st choice DE
Now you have a plan B desktop environment!
