Hello

I was going through KDE wiki when I found a "TODO" indicating that the wiki
writer wanted to provide a line of thought for other authors to expand the
wiki. I would like to suggest a similar practice in our wiki as many wiki
pages are not finished and sometimes the author may have an idea of what
should be included but is not sure how to put it so he might use a TODO to
hint other authors.
