Default installing intel C++, Fortran, FFTW and lammpi

I want to install intel C++, intel Fortran, FFTW and lammpi with openSUSE. I am a new user can anyone guide me step by step. Thanks in advance.

all those intel compilers can be easily googled and downloaded from official intel website. they are free for linux. Installation happens like #./install.sh
