Default WEP Passphrase

Acer One with Atheros ath5k AR2425 chip. AR5001. DHCP.
OpenSuse 11.1 with KDE4 (downloaded yesterday).

See access point but cannot connect to Internet.

I have gone through the stickies and read other probs.

iwconfig shows a good connection to my access point.

Network is unreachable.

In YAST I can see my access point too. I have put in the correct passphrase. I have tried the hex key as well.

Saving Network Configuration seems to complete OK.

In toolbar network icon it says Network Management disabled (greyed out).

I cannot find Network Management anywhere, just Yast.

You can turn NetworkManager on with YaST. Select Network Device =>
Network Settings => Global.

You should definitely use the hex key. Next time, please post the
output of iwconfig and 'iwlist scan'.
