Default Bluetooth Access Point

I am trying to connect to the internet using a Bluetooth Access Point, but not having any luck. Can someone help? I am new to Linux and OpenSuse.

OpenSuse finds the Access Point, recognizes it as an Access Point, and is paired securely. But doesn't let me connect to the internet.

sdptool browse 00:10:60:10:13:E2 says that it is broadcasting on RFCOMM channel 5, channel 1, channel 2, channel 3, channel 4, and channel 3.

sdptool search dun finds my other computer on channel 1, but shows nothing for the Access Point.

Under /etc/sysconfig Bluetooth, several entries have settings of Off. Does one or more of them need to be turned on? They are:

Always-Stop_Service
OPD_Start
PAND_Start
DUND_Start

Or am I missing something else? I am finding information hard to come by.

Thank you for your help.
