Only root acesse wireless card

I made a net install of a xfce descktop in my aspireone. After i installed knetwork manager to access wireless. The problem is knetwork manaager only see network interfaces when i am logged as root.I think is some problem with permmissions but i dont know what permission is not apply, someone has any solutions?
