PLZ help with my wireless connection

Hey i've been connected with my belkin wirless adaptor 4 a while now on my laptop, but as soon a i tried to connect to another location it wont let me browse the internet cannot find server, And wont pick up the default gateway an dns server, any suggestions would b most appreciated thanks!!!

Create a new connection. Are you using NetworkManager or ifup?
