It looks like you need either madwifi or ath9k to get your wifi going.

compat-wireless-kmp-pae is installed.Yast took care of it.But firmware is on downloaded to Desktop. I suspect it may be need to be unpacked and moved to another folder ?? tar -xzf ???? Help

Thanks. Still not wrking wn111 wireless card.Appriciate more help ! One thre firmware looks not installed and downloaded the firmware on the desktop as ar9170.fw. I don't know how to move this firmware to where it is needed or ??

Then _install_ the firmware the _same_ way you were able to install the compat-wireless packages, where is the problem?
This can not be so hard, why should it be any different to install the firmware? They are all RPM packages, so I don't understand what's your problem. And remove all those unused kernels (trace, xen).
