Default shell accounts

Hello i am totaly new in suse and need some help about creating shell accounts.we have wirelles in town and i am trying to make 3 accounts that you can login from win with winscp for example and to have limited processes in each account and could install eggdrops ircds or something else inside . any sites or how to for making this??? I tried to google but nothing shows me this, or i google wrong

ok after one day i realized that its regular account in suse and that i have ssh server running ,now i just need info about limiting processes in each account

I have no idea whatsoever what you mean by "limited processes".
