I've seen this non-construction as well in Belgium. They got it working on linux by configuring the router with proper data. Point is the little program sends your username and password to your ISP and thus opens the web for you. The router should be able to do so. Really, that's all.

exs.ro It says it all!!! Looks like it's a censorship thing, they are controlling everything you are allowed to do on the net, and that lousy piece of spyware makes sure you are accountable!
