Default Find FTP space usage

Wondering how to find how much space files are using on an FTP site. I am allowed a quota by my ISP for web space, and can't seem to find how much space I am using, either with filezilla or the FTP cli program... How can I determine this?
Thanks, John.

fireFTP <https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/684> is a nice
add-on for firefox which gives a two pane view (one local and one on
the FTP site) which you can use to up or download..._and_ see the size
of each file, in either place..

or, what i normally do is keep a copy locally of all my web
files...and, update them as needed while local, and then upload
them....so, if i wanna know (like you) the total amount of space i'm
using at my ISP, i can measure my local mirror..
