Hi, after installing several updates today, i can no longer connect to wireless accespoints if any form of security is involved (wpa/wpa2 etc). It worked just fine yesterday with wpa-psk.
I've tried to downgrade networkmanager, but it didn't help at all, i've quadruplechecked the passphrase. I've succesfully connected to an unprotected ap. hardware is intel 4965 in a Dell xps laptop connecting to a thomson tg787 does anyone else have any similar problems? or have any idea how to fix it/were the fault is. |

Nevermind, I solved it
To make it work i had to tick in the box "available to all users" in the "Edit Connections dialog" (right click k-manger tray). This forced me to give the root password, and then everything worked. don't know why this was necessary, but perhaps someone is helped by this |
