Well, your ethernet card seems to be detected.

Can you see the adapter when you run (as root) "yast2 lan"? Is it listed
there? Can you configure the card (ip/subnet mask...)?

After setting up the card, run (as root) "ifconfig" and put here the output
and the run (as root) "lsmod" and let us know what says.
