Default Gnome Network Manager problems with auth

I have opensuse 11.1 and ralink 2860 chip. My home wireless is WPA/TKIP. I am trying to authentificate with WPA/WPA2 parameter in Network Manager - it tries to connect - but then says that authentification required and proposes me to use WEP passphrase. Connect button is grey - i can not press it.
I do not know why - but yesterday i was lucky to connect with my WPA/TKIP. I thought that was because i used iwpriv commands from ralink driver description.
But today the connection fails again. The same problem - instead of WPA auth it asks to enter WEP passphrase.

I am a liitle bit angry now. Anyone can help me?
