Default Setting up local patch server (ssl ca certs)

I've a local https server that I use for patching. I'm trying to set it up as a repo for my 11.1 desktops.
The CA that issued my ssl cert is not recognized.
On 10.x, I'd add my CA's cert to /usr/share/curl/ca-something...bundle.crt, and all was well.

Where can I make this addition in 11.1? /usr/share/curl/ca-...
doesn't exist on 11.1.
