To muddy the water a bit, these are no longer being seen in the Samba logs
with subsequent prints. The CUPS error_log still
shows "NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE".
The Windows Security log shows a failed log in by the user and then lp with a
valid log in. Not sure at all why it did not show up in the Samba logs with
subsequent prints. Life is too short for me to worry about this much.

Oh I agree I am more excited about cleaning up my configs and getting some other things to work. As long as it was nothing major I was fine with it. thanks again
