Default need inexpensive online backup solution

i need an inexpensive online backup solution kinda like MOZY
<http://mozy.com/> but not requiring the Redmond/Mac nose ring...

actually, i think i'd much rather have the less costly up/down &
storage rates of Amazon Simple Storage Service
<http://aws.amazon.com/s3/#pricing> but, i'm not smart enough to code
up the means to make it work..

anyone know of a linux friendly, setup and then hands off, secure, and
low cost solution?

thanks for the pointer...i see now i should have mentioned i'm just
looking for an online alternative to local backups of a _single_ home,
desktop...which currently has only about 33 of a 80 GB drive in use..

i'd like to have something runing _nicely_ in the background sending
new photos, config files, etc, to a secure, redundant cloud somewhere..

If it doesn't have to be a cloud, but another machine in your responsibility, check out iFolder.

I know this isn't what you're after but what about some jump drives kept in your garage, safe deposit box, or a shed in the backyard?
Yes I'm serious. Here in the US one can get a safe deposit box for about 60USD/yr. The others if available you know where they are the cloud eh... not as sure.
