hey , when i restart copmuter only in LINUX ( tired alot kinds of linux )

i got this error

happen only if i restart not in shutdown , ( and only in linux in windows dont problems)

i think it happen when i updated my bios to latest version

please if someone can help .. its driving me crazy i cant restart my computer normally always get this proble

i tired switch power supply , scan my ram with memtest but no problems , its new computer

I have intel dp55wg motherboard and i5 750 procesor and I have same problem and receive same message on reboot! Please help!

Have you tried something as simple as entering setup and saving the BIOS setup.
This error looks to me like a mangled CMOS.

I have tried it but it happens again, i've tried other distribution but it happens again, is it a kernel problem or bios problem, restart on windows vista works normally and without erors.
