cannot install, missing repodata?

Hello openSUSE users,

I am running openSUSE 11.0, trying to install epiphany browser this is what I got:

# zypper install epiphany
File '/repodata/repomd.xml' not found on medium 'http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/TI_Eugene:/QtDesktop/openSUSE_11.1/'

Abort, retry, ignore? [A/r/i]:

Any ideas as to how to solve the problem?

I am a newbie and I will appreciate a little more guidance.Especially as the link has openSUSE 11.2 and I have 11.0 Do I have to add a repository?
Add a file?
I am not quite sure. If you can walk me through this please, if you cannot see yourself doing it, that is also fine.
