You could disable it if you want that is 3 so
Code:
zypper mr -d 3
Your priorities must be a little off if it's asking for the disk as oss and non-oss contain anything the disk does. If you have a download limit then using the disk can be beneficial but if not then just using the online ones can be easier.

All the command is doing is what you can do in yast with the disable/enable checkbox.

You should have success

You seemed to have ended up with a mix of vendors for xorg, compounded by having xorg repo enabled which can be a little experimental and isn't to easy to find. I suspect you've got a few things changing to the disk due to disk being a higher priority repo(lower number 1 highest). Otherwise I'm not sure where ktorrent is coming from the disk must be higher priority than the others.

My apologies here as dup will do its best to keep vendors, its probably a bit late now but I would of probably stopped it and disabled the disk. Then ran it, I suspect you'll then get a few packages that need updating.

I have all the repo's I use on equal footing so that none have priority over another that way it will update to the newest.

Just disable the disk for the moment, then try zypper dup again.

Lets get everything clean to an updated point, so before doing zypper dup make sure all the repos have equal priority and you only have Packman, Oss and non-oss and update enabled.

Yeah OK should be fine glad we got there in the end.

Ignore my previous we seem to be missing each other in cyberspace.. Though priorities are worth noting, as for disk disabling/enabling your choice.
