louchewidlin hasn't been rated much yet
Default error intialize packaze manager

When i try to install openSUSE i got a error
message when the setup analyse my pc. with the package manager intailize. He can't find or make a map/package. Does anyone why this happen.

I've got also windows xp on my pc. With a NTFS
harddisk.

I hope you can help me.....

Did you check you,re install media
Also having xp is not a problem any how not with older version of suse.I am dual booting xp and suse 11
If you,re media is ok , you can also
resize the Xp partition before installing, to get free space for suse,in the past suse did it automatic.You see when install 11 I tell it to overwrite suse 10.3
