Touchpad switching off on every boot

Hey there,
I have a thinkpad T500, and every time opensuse 11.2 boots up, the touchpad is switched off. I don't know why though, nor which files to check. Right now, I'm using a temporary fix with synclient to activate the touchpad on each boot, but I'd like to know what config file is causing this...
