Default USB mouse not working, though recognised after sax2 config

Hi,

i'm using OpenSuse 11.0 on a Dell Inspiron 6400.

History/Problem description:

As i wanted to configure sax2 in order to use 2 monitors (as one big screen, xinerama mode - which didn't work - but thats a different and currently less important problem), i played with the configuration for a while in order to get that xinerama mode working. But then after a reboot of the X11-Server i noticed that my usb mouse didn't work any more - just my mousepad did its job like before.

Anyone an idea how to get my usb mouse working again ?
I restarted several times now, so thats probably not going to change anything .

Some output that might help you:

Next time: unplug it, plug back in. Done.
