Integrated mics can be a "bear" to get working under Linux.

But you likely already have the driver you need for your mic. OpenSUSE comes with the package "alsa" which performs the "driver" function on Linux.

You need to very carefully tune your mixer to get your mic working.

Based on your webcam/mic question, I suspect it might help you to brush up on your top level Linux concepts: Concepts - openSUSE

Now I installed it as uvc webcam. For that purpose i downgraded my kernel. It seems like working but the captured video is very blurry and fuzzy.

Now I found a solution for all of my problems. I downgraded my kernel and installed trace kernel. With this kernel uvc webcam is working like a charm. I had some other problems as well all are gone with trace kernel...
