Black and white monitor output on a Dell Latitude D531

Hi all,
ich need your help,
on the Notebook Dell Latitude D531 ich only get a black and white display. I try 10.3 and all ok but under 11.0 not.

Detected ATI Catalyst. How can i get the right driver and how did i installt it?
