Default Laptop MSI VR601 - Wlan problems

We've recently purchased a MSI VR601 laptop which came with Vista by default, I've install the latest openSUSE 11 and everything seems to be working except for the WLAN part.

The laptop comes with a Atheros 5007eg chipset and should be supported by openSUSE as mentioned at the documentation section. However, on the contrary it doesn't work at all. I have tried using relying on ndiswrapper but despite all the necessary packages being installed I can not use the "ndiswrapper" command.

I would appreciate more information on this.

Kind regards.

have a look at the srickies in the wireless section. Then, if you still have problems, post any errors/problems in the wireless section
