Default Broadcom BCM4318

Hello,

I have a Asus A6Tc with a Broadcom BCM4318 wireless chip, and doesn't work in the Suse 11,0.

Anyone can help me putting this working?

PS: I'm new to the linux platform, i'm trying to leave the windows platform, so, be gentle.

I'm not sure if it will work, but have you tried typing into a terminal (not sure if you have to be root though)
Code:
install_bcm43xx_firmware
That works for me on my Dell D400 but I'm not sure of the exact Broadcom model.

You do have to be root, or use 'sudo /usr/sbin/install_bcm43xx_firmware'.

This posting should have been on the Networks / Wireless Forum. In that place,
you will find some stickies that address this question.
