NVidia drivers on OpenSuse 11.2

I have installed 11.2 RC1. Looks good - but cannot get the NVidia drivers working. I tried the 'easy way' but there was no kernel modules for our latest kernel. Tried the 'hard way' but the system fails to compile nvidia.ko.

Suggestions?

Did you install the prerequisites?

Did you look at the log file that was mentioned in the failure
message? What does it say is the problem?
