Hi there. I currnetly have suse 11.1 on pc and would like to put win xp on one spare partition. Knowing that xp will overwrite my mbr, I wonder If I will be able to boot to my existing suse with the installation dvd and then repair the mbr? Thanks for help.

If you use something like VMware Server (1.x or 2.x) or VMware Player (both free) you could do this and just suspend windows when you are done with it and not have to leave your Linux environment. I've found this to be the best of all needed worlds in my own experience. Good luck. arcull wrote: > Hi there. I currnetly have suse 11.1 on pc and would like to put win xp > on one spare partition.
