I want to know if anybody can propose to SiS Corporation to create a Linux Driver for any graphix environment ??

i hear the Linux Driver Project has had lots of companies ask for
assistance in writing drivers for their hardware...

whether or not SiS Corporations is involved i do not know..
but you can search their site

and see what they have, or not..

if you have some SiS hardware without a good linux driver you could
(should) write them a NICE letter and ask them to consider seeing
assistance from the Linux Driver Project..

and, i believe if enough folks with SiS products ask, nicely...they
will get it done, eventually..

additionally, if a million folks write and tell them nicely that they
decided to NOT buy SiS device model number [whatever] BECAUSE there
was no Linux driver....then, it will get done a LOT sooner..
