my best advice would be to take your pick:
1. buy a Mobile 6.0 driven PDA and spend LOTs of time trying to work around all the roadblocks programmed in to force folks to use it only with Genuine M$ Software, or 2. buy an open source PDA known to work and play well with Mac, Linux, BeOS, BSD *and* Wind0z.. -- palladium Have a lot of fun.. |

Good advice but too late... WM seemed a good idea at the time when running Windows...

You haven't read my earlier messages. I'm no longer "trapped in", I use Funambol to sync with Outlook running in Virtualbox. Once the KDE4 Remember the Milk plasmoid is working again, I'll probably be able to ditch Outlook Calendar altogether with a combination of RTM and Google Calendar.
I certainly don't boot Vista any more to sync my PDA...

If one exists then please let me know as I'm just beginning > to look for a new device. understand your point but add: when i talk to the the President on the TV, he doesn't answer me; i can't get my refrigerator to dry my clothes properly; my car can't carry as much sand as my truck; and every time i try to unscrew a bolt with a hammer it goes all sour.. *but*, the day i can do all of those things i will expect to find a Micro$oft powered PDA which will (out of the box) sync email, calendar, contacts, tasks and notes with the Sony-Apple Playstation running Linux embedded in my China made limo.. -- palladium Have a lot of fun.. |

It will probably need a kernel update.
