How can I apply the patch that was post here ([Linux-uvc-devel] PATCH: Acer Crystal Eye WebCam (064e:a101 Suyin Corp.)) in OpenSUSE11.1 or any Suse version.
I dont want to manually install my drivers and patches. I want this fix so that other users who have the same webcam can easily fix it. |

thanx for the reply but the patch hasn't applied it yet.
after fresh install, my webcam doesn't start automatically, i need to run luvcview twice in order to run and other webcam software doesn't work so i uninstalled it and install it manually. i believe this patch is just for Acer Webcam coz i tried any USB webcam and it works while the built-in cam doesn't. P.S. the repository i used is UVC Webcams - openSUSE |
