Default Keyboard stops working after login

Running openSUSE 11.1 under VirtualBox. System auto logs on and keyboard does not work. However, I can press Ctrl-Alt-F1 and get a tty, and the keyboard works fine. It just doesn't work under KDE4 for some reason (but it had been previously). Where can I look?

PS: I experienced this same problem running openSUSE on my PS3 a couple weeks ago. Wireless keyboard did not work after logging into xfce, then it started working again later (for some unknown reason). Maybe unrelated, but a little odd...

Default Re: Keyboard stops working after login

I ended up running
Code:
sax2 -r
and the keyboard started working again.
