Unhappy Realtek HD onboard sound card problem

I have tried almost all the solutions and troubleshooting procedures that I could find online but I can't setup my REALTEK HD AUDIO device installed onboard my HP Pavilion M8530F.
Here is the link to my ALSA Diagnostic report:

http://www.alsa-project.org/db/?f=d0...dd359f879ab052

It recognizes my sound card as:
Audio device: nVidia Corporation Device 0774. It shows that it's not installed/configured yet. However, before I use the tutorials it was installed and I could hear a very noisy "LEFT" "RIGHT" voice when I ran the speaker test program.

Please help me!

Something is clearly wrong, ... I note this:
Code:
!!ALSA Version
!!------------

Driver version: 1.0.19-git20090218
Library version:
Utilities version:
I suspect you attempted to update alsa, and you were only partially successful. Please, can you provide the output of running the following commands in a terminal or a konsole:
rpm -qa | grep alsa
rpm -qa | grep pulse
rpm -q libasound2
uname -a
cat /etc/modprobe.d/sound

Ok, so you have a PAE kernel with openSUSE-11.0. Version 2.6.25 I note

Not good. Too many alsa apps. Plus you have conflicting drivers. I'm amazed you were able to install so many without having major dependency problems. I high lighted in red bold three alsa-driver-kmp rpms that you MUST remove. Remove those three NOW ! You should keep the driver in green.

After you finish that, reboot you PC, and then test your sound. If sound does not work then, we probably need to start again (running diagnostic script) after you do that.

OK, I took a second look at this. ALL of your driver rpms are wrong. ... Apologies, I was distracted when I replied the first time (domestic issues).

Note your kernel is 2.6.25.20-0.1

But all of your driver rpms are 2.6.25.5 !! Hence your alsa-driver-kmp-pae is the WRONG VERSION. Hence you have to remove all the one's in RED bold, and you have to replace the one in RED (not bold) with the alsa-driver-kmp-pae from this repos:
