Angry TV Card Config not working

I have had the Hauppauge pvr500 since Suse10.2 and it has worked flawlessly until now. There are two things:

1. The card is recognized but it won't configure.(After you press ok it does a little work and then quits)(yast)

2.I have installed ivtv and ivtv-firmware but ivtv-kmp-default is nowhere to be found. I have read online that its included in the kernel now but why have it in the tv configuration as a requirement. I also tried modprobing and removing and that does work.

I need my TV.
