Genius Color-Page Vivid 4XE Scanner not working

Hi. I'm a new OpenSuse 11 user (previusly used Ubuntu and other distros).

I'm trying to install a Genius Color-page vivid 4XE scanner I have (which I know works with sane - used it with Ubuntu previously). I installed the firmware in usr/share/sane/gt68xx but when I open Xsane it says that can't open the device. If I try to install it by Yast (it appears as an unconfigured device) the window freezes after I push either the Edit or Add button.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Never mind - it's solved. After a few minutes stuck, the window finally showed the driver list. After that, it installed without problems.
