How to activate the KDE cube?
How do you activate that 'cool desktop cube' in KDE 4.3? Is there any keyboard shortcut to do it?

You have to enable it in the KDE Control Center (personal settings) -> Desktop -> Desktop Effects -> All Effects
then CTRL+F11 (or in the plugin config, set your own shortcut)
