Default Successfully syncing WM6 PDA with openSUSE - possible?

Has anyone managed to successfully sync a windows mobile 5/6 device with openSUSE? I need to sync my phone's calendar and tasks with either Thunderbird/Lightning (preferably) or Korganiser.

I don't mind if I need to sync to an intermediary (e.g. google calendar or preferably a service running on our local lan) if necessary to get it working as long as nothing is lost. Under XP I used a third party app to sync to Thunderbird instead of Outlook but they don't make a Linux version.

I will eventually switch to an Android based device once version 2 is out and more handset manufactures are offering it.
