In a word: No. If openSUSE 11.0 is serving you well and you do not require updated versions of some software to be officially supported (such as OpenOffice 2.4 vs 3.0) then there's no need to upgrade.
openSUSE 11.0 is still supported with both security updates and Build Service repositories. So unless you need the newer kernel for some hardware, you may be better served waiting for openSUSE 11.2

I'm using 11.1 & if what you listed in your post is all,or least 95% of what you do & it does so successfully you don't need 11.1 don't worry 11.0 will be supported until 2010.
