No forum for openSuSE suggestions???

Why isn't there any forum for suggestions for openSuSE??? THat's pretty lame... How can openSuSE be a community if there is no way to talk about suggestions? I wanted to suggest a fast system restoration for openSuSE. Something similar to Time Machine. Most people who use openSuSE would probably like that.
