I doubt it's the server - more likely to be congestion on the line between you and the server.

![]() I'm trying to think what it could be...I don't remember having a problem like that on my server; only time it broke connections like yours does was when I was getting DDoS attacks throughout the days. Do you have a firewall installed? If not, go for ACH...maybe you have an attack going on?

Hey gm-egs:
>Do >you have a firewall installed? If not, go for ACH...maybe you have an >attack going on? hehe...yes, these servers are sitting in the Novell data center in Provo, Utah with lots of security but lots of optimization to make things work very fast. If there were some kind of attack or slowdown with our system, I would know about it....and I'm not seeing/hearing anything. -- Kim (3/5/2009 2:53:45 PM Mountain) |

Kim, is your avatar on strike or just resting?
Sneaky, it just moved a bit while I was making this comment? Last edited by john_hudson; 06-Mar-2009 at 02:10. Reason: Additional comment |

Or it could be written as "I'm finding the forum a little slow are there any problems"
What you wrote seems like a demand to me and a little rude
