Default attachments?

Is it possible to use attachments in a post? I'm new to Suse and if I have a question; sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words.

It depends on the forum. If you scroll down, you will find a list of what you can and cannot do in a particular forum.

Or use imageshack or equivalent and use the insert image function
I used to do this before when I can't explain it properly because of my poor english grammar vocabulary & composition
