Tried to answer a user's question with some screenshot,but couldn't upload any photo with the new feature that 'select photo from computer',tried upload from url,but keep showing the pop-up said 'invalid url'..... how to solve?

Can't say I ever use that method. Tend to use links to dropbox, my server or imagebam.

This is probably because we have attachments disabled globally AFAIK -
the paste.opensuse.org solution is what I'd recommend.
