Why don't have a Chinese version here?

Many of my classmates have installed openSUSE in virtualbox and some of them even have openSUSE-11.4 on their laptop for our OS assignment. But as a Windows user, we find it extremely difficult to get started. Also, we encounter a lot of problems to dual boot windows7 and openSUSE. A Chinese forum like Ubuntu will help a lot.
By the way, is there a way to get authorized to translate official documents into Chinese?

welcome! of course we want you to use and love openSUSE..

you will notice on this page <http://forums.opensuse.org/> that we
already have forums in several languages and here is the way to a
Chinese forum added to the list:

as for translating "documents" into Chinese, i guess you mean manuals,
official documentation, how-to articles, wiki entries, etc...all of
that is very possible...it just takes people willing to put in the
time and effort to do it....there is a translation team, a wiki team,
etc etc etc...have a look here:

sorry...i was not clear: while we have several non-English forums, we do
not have a Chinese forum, yet

but we can have one...it just takes people to run it..
