http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Services_help which lists means to
inform responsible parties of openSUSE service problems...it includes
a means to report forums problems via:

http://forums.opensuse.org/sendmessage.php

which is great if the box which DNS points to as forums.opensuse.org
is operating, and its Apache is awake, and etc etc..

otherwise it would be nice to have a communications means which should
be expected to be available even when the forums.opensuse.org are not
at 100% serviceable..

like, a email address through a different system, maybe..
