I recently purchased a laptop and put OpenSuse 11.2 32-bit on my machine.
Newegg.com - Acer Aspire AS5517-5671 NoteBook AMD Athlon 64 TF-20(1.60GHz) 15.6" 3GB Memory DDR2 667 160GB HDD 5400rpm DVD Super Multi ATI Radeon HD 3200
One problems I am having with it is i cannot get it to connect through wireless (but wired is fine).
On the network controller applet it displays
"wired network
system eth0"
and no options for wireless even after setting the wireless infomation (SSID and wpa psk info) it will not display the option to connect to wireless
When I ran the command "lspci -vnn" I got the following for ethernet controllers
02:00.0 Network controller [0280]: Broadcom Corporation BCM4312 802.11b/g [14e4:4315] (rev 01)
