I am having the same problem with the same packages. I've tried manually changing the repositories to various local mirrors but no go. I can also download them manually using a web-browser, just not through package management. Last week I had the same problem with a different set of packages.
I also have issues with how the updater applet works in 11.4. For one thing, it consistently identifies different packages as needing updating to those that yast identifies, which confuses me.
Secondly, I can't actually install anything with the updater applet. It won't install without root authorisation (as I would hope!), but it also doesn't doesn't give me any opportunity to authenticate, so all updates fail. Now that's fine for me in that I have yast online update set to run automatically, thus covering my security needs, but it's a right pain when I download an rpm from a website and want to install it, because kpackagekit gets fired up and then refuses to do anything. Sure, I can install using rpm -ivh in the shell, but it would be nice if I could get kpackagekit to either do the job for me or stop trying to do it in the first place.
