Hello, Im all new to Linux, opensuse in particular... I was really excited about finally entering the green beatifull world of suse, sadly I have problems with it.... but no problem right? just go to the net and get support, right???
Sadly, that is not possible! The problem I have is not being able to connect to the Internet. Linux DOES discover the router, but won't connect. Some advice to deactivate the security of the router, but I sure don't want to do that. So I used this website for help
Intel 3945 a/b/g Wireless problem in openSUSE 11.0 | SUSE & openSUSE
I did get through the most part (at least I think I did... ) but this is where it stops
OPENSUSE:~/compat-wireless-2008-07-01 # make && make install
At this point it says that it's not a file or directory, or that it's a directory.... is this command really correct?
Sorry if threads like these been written... but please help!
