KDE 4.1.3 Now in the Factory

Yes, you were right! Now everything is ok. The problem was libqt4 and it's dependencies. It was upgraded to wrong version.

Tommorow I hope to install it on my new system which is Intel x48 chipset

After the restart plasma is loading the CPU at 100%, nothing works - the menu, the icons, the plasmoids. The systray is broken. I've tried with the root account but the result was the same.

Hmmm... I had problems too, until I just did a search for 'kde' and just updated everything that turned up and was already installed... though that's probably the Sledge-Hammer approach x-)

I wonder why Suse does not provide a 'pattern' or some kind of meta-package that makes it easier to upgrade to the next KDE version?

Today I've updated packages and I had the same problem.
How can we solve?

I have these repositories:

and all my packages are updated.

Just posted in another thread, the issue is due to the QT libraries
I had the Anubsg1respository enabled. the QT version on it was higher that that in the KDE factory & QT repos.
a downgrade to the QT repo version fixed it.
