Firefox 3.0 Rc 1

(Unsure of which sub-forum to post under, so moderator pls switch to elsewhere if applicable) . . .

Firefox 3.0 RC 1 is now in the mozilla:/beta repo for both 10.3 and Factory. It has not yet been moved into the /distribution/SL-OSS-factory repo.

I upgraded from Beta 5 from mozilla:/beta on my 10.3 x64 system; I am using the 586 version of Firefox. (More precisely, I removed the "firefox" integrated rpm and installed MozillaFirefox, the latter being the only option for RC 1).

So far everything appears to be working fine . . . except, the "Send Link" feature for spawning an email message from within Firefox is now broken. I checked user.js via about:config and "network.protocol-handler.app.mailto" is still set to "kmailservice". Pointing to another email client (seamonkey) did not resolve the problem.

Suggestions?

Don't think this is a suse problem probably better off posting a bug report at mozilla.

I get the following error:

error resolved by updating XULRunner

Being all wet puts me in a really bad mood. Not to speak of how I feel about gettin' old.
